Watermelon Gazpacho

Cold Soup


    1 ½ cup watermelon pieces   
    1 ½ cup tomato juice  
    1 cup chopped bell peppers   
    1 tsp cumin powder   
    1 tbspblack pepper powder
    4-5 basil leaves, torned
    ½ lemon juice  
    1 cup soaked bread  
    2 tbspextra virgin olive oil


    In a blender add watermelon pieces, tomato juice, bell pepper pieces, cucumber pieces, soaked bread, cumin powder, soup seasoning, lemon juice, basil leaves and blend it well. 

    • Sieve the mixture and remove in a bowl. 
    • Garnish the soup with olive oil, basil leaves.
